Principal Consultant
Alex is a chartered civil engineer with 20 years of construction engineering, management and leadership experience across the rail, highways, urban realm and broader infrastructure sectors. Having successfully delivered numerous significant infrastructure projects, Alex is able to identify and drive activities essential to successful design development and construction delivery. With a history of implementing successful business development strategies, he can also identify and execute opportunities to generate organisational growth and improvement.

Having a proven track record in construction project management and delivery, Felicity aligns industry best practice with exceptional communication and organisational skills to achieve positive outcomes. Felicity’s relationship management capabilities ensure that client and stakeholder requirements are understood and used to inform clear, best value objectives. With a degree in English Language and Literature, and a history working in the national press, Felicity promotes focussed teamwork and motivation to successfully deliver project goals and benefits.

With an extensive and varied background in delivering infrastructure schemes of national significance, including Crossrail and Thames Water ringmain extension, Jason brings a wealth of construction expertise. Able to identify and drive key success factors, Jason is passionate about proactive delivery, taking a leading role in our project management, risk management and Lean construction activities. Equally comfortable across the design and construction phases of projects, Jason is able to deliver project integration from conception through to handover.
